Last night during my 2nd of a well intentioned 3 games of netball I rolled over on my ankle and heard a big CRACK!
The umpire started yelling "that's gonna be bad! I heard that crack!" which was awfully considerate of her, don't you think?!
So I'm off to the doctor today to have it looked at- it is like a big balloon!
Look! I have dainty feet and ankles usually!

Ouch.....looks like a broken bone to me you poor thing. I hope it is just tissue damage but then again that can take a lot of time to heal too..You Poor thing.
Try and keep it up and rest, easier said than done

oh my goodness! You didn't go to emergency??! I would have been straight there. P{lus if you were playing netball (which you usually have to pay insurance for) it is their liability - i think - they should have told you to go and get it checked out and should be responsible for any costs incurred.
