I am feeling really good today. My body is loving the new way of eating. I can't believe it has been nearly a week of eating ONLY healthy and nutritious foods. And this morning I tried puffed corn and malt-free/sugar-free soy milk for breaky and it was so delish!!
I didn't realise how much rubbish I had been filling my body with- Even looking on the back of a packet of cheese flavoured corn thins I found a plethora of additives, salt and preservatives. So many nasties in one crunchy little parcel!
So how is everyone- please leave a comment as I have no idea if anyone is even out there reading this rubbish!

Hmmmm... I was seeing a Natropath for a while and everything she told me was spot on! The probelm is I cant stick to the recommended program....
Also, do you think spin classes do anything except increase heart rate? I do them twice a week and have been doing so for almost a year and while my heart fitness is great no kg's have dropped at all(I also do other excersie during the week)! My only answer is my exceptionally bad diet of huge portions and junk food... if only I could get that under control.

Glad to hear your diet's going well! I have seriously contemplated going on a similar sort of diet (anti-candida) a few times before, but have never had enough discipline to follow through. You'll have to let me know if the actually works :)

Hey Ash I am so glad you are doing so well on the new diet. I was thinking of seeing a guy who I was recommended to locally who is a naturopath and nutritionist and myotherapist. Sounds like quite a combination to me.
